Fighter Flow is a dynamic fitness class designed to enhance your fight training by building core strength, improving balance, and increasing mobility. This unique program integrates principles from Pilates, yoga, and mobility training to create a well-rounded workout that sharpens both your body and mind.
In each session, you’ll engage in Pilates-inspired exercises to develop a rock-solid core, essential for generating power and stability in your movements. Yoga flows focus on improving flexibility, balance, and mental focus, helping you stay grounded and in control during intense moments. Mobility drills target joint health and range of motion, ensuring fluid, injury-free movement that translates directly to your fighting technique.
