With our Boot Camp, Muay Thai HIIT, GRIT, Box & Bells and 300 programs, you can experience five unique styles of exercise that are all grounded in MMA, Muay Thai, & Krav Maga (Self Defense) principles. Our Boot Camp includes challenging exercises such as kettlebell strength training and calisthenics to help improve both strength and balance. Muay Thai HIIT brings together intense interval drills with energizing kettlebell flows and pad drills for an ultimate cardio boost. We have GRIT, a program designed for a full-body experience that uses weights, combative drills, tabata workouts, and circuit training to build your strength like never before! Box & Bells, bring the classic boxing technique with strength training. And finally, 300 brings new meaning to circuit training with 15+ workout stations built for the ultimate circuit training. Training at the gym and lifting weights is child’s play compared to combative fitness training when burning calories. You might burn up to 150 calories for every hour spent lifting weights or about 400 calories after running for an hour. Our fitness classes give you an intense mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercises that burn up to 1000 calories for every hour spent in a class.
