Krav Maga level 3 curriculum
Practitioner Level 3, also known as Green Belt, is the next step after earning your Orange Belt (Practitioner 2) in Vanguard Krav Maga®. Once you’ve earned your Orange Belt, you’re eligible to attend Green Belt classes, where you’ll train in the techniques listed below.

Reflexive Defense vs. Front Kick to Groin
