Sunday Funday Fitness Class (FREE)

Sundays are ALWAYS FREE at ASD! Every Sunday we open up our doors to the entire Bay Area community! What does this mean? It means that no matter what your affiliation with ASD is, membership status, experience level, you are welcome to join us for an amazing fun filled workout! The workout will showcase a little bit of every single one of our classes. You’ll see a little bit of Krav Maga (Self Defense), Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boot Camp, and Fighter Fit!

Class starts at 10am, all you got to do is show up, and we’ll do the rest!
