Spring is here! Here is what is on the schedule for April's Youth Self Defense and Fitness Classes!

Week 1: STRIKING WEEK

April 1 - 6

Techniques:
Boxing into Leg Kicks

Weekly Homework:
5 sets of pushups until failure throughout week

Additional Homework:
10 min Shadowboxing - End combinations with kicks

Week 2: GROUND WEEK

April 8-13

Techniques:
Defensive Sprawls and Sitouts

Weekly Homework:
5 sets of pushups until failure throughout week

Additional Homework:
5 min Backpedal-Sprawl-Backpedal-Sprawl-Sitout

Week 3: SITUATIONAL WEEK

April 15-20

Techniques:
Basic calisenthics

Weekly Homework:
5 sets of pushups until failure throughout week

Additional Homework:
25 cartwheel per side. 2 min wall plank per day

Week 4: REVIEW WEEK

April 22-27

Techniques:
Boxing into leg kicks, defensive sprawls and sitouts, & basic calisenthics

Weekly Homework:
5 sets of pushups until failure throughout week

Additional Homework:
Extra conditioning
