Did you know?
That if a child can avoid or resist a stranger for 37 seconds they most
likely will escape abduction and harm.
Our program is based on teaching kid’s awareness avoidance. The two hour courses supply essential knowledge and teach physical skills. It's designed to be very instructive and FUN! We use large colorful obstacle course to test skills and reaction times.
KNOW & GOŽ and TFL
Have been featured on Geraldo Rivera, Montel Williams and the Today
show
Our KNOW & GOŽ child safety program is a playful yet stress inducing
course that teaches youngsters to function under pressure. The last
thing they do for completion of the course is to make the 911 call when
they are tired and stressed, so that their minds and bodies become
familiar with what that feels like, and they will be able to perform
the task in those conditions if it ever becomes necessary.
We teach kids...
- how to recognize a potential
bad guy
- how not to fall for common
verbal tactics of abductors. “Your Mom lost the dog
and sent me to get you to help look for him”. “Your
Mom and Dad have had a car accident come with me and I will take you to
them”
- physical skills and
strategies to resist abduction and bring attention to what is happening
- drills to develop the
concept of teamwork to overcome the unwanted advances of an abductor.
