MUAY THAI/KICKBOXING
All muay thai/kickboxing classes will provide an intense workout and provide instruction for beginners through advanced levels. For those focused on intense physical training the conditioning in our muay thai/kickboxing classes will improve strength and explosiveness, build lean muscle, increase flexibility, and take your cardio to new levels. From a technical standpoint classes will typically focus on kicking and defenses; punches, elbows, and combinations; knees and clinch fighting; and culminate toward the end of the week with sparring.
Whether you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level and test your striking skills or pursue amateur or professional competition, our muay thai/kickboxing program is a great fit for anyone looking to challenge themselves. (Required equipment: Head Gear, boxing gloves (16 oz. for males, 14 oz. for females), mouthpiece and groin protection, shin guards)
