Jivoni's • Combo • Fit® (JCF®) is a cutting-edge workout designed by U.S. open heavyweight kickboxing champion and professional fitness trainer Jivoni Jordan. JCF® is based on combative fitness concepts designed to help you live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re just starting your fitness regiment or are looking to up your conditioning for competition, JCF® classes will provide a fun and challenging workout for all experience and fitness levels. The JCF® Programs:
JCF® Combo Fit
A high intensity combative fitness class that combines fighting drills from muay thai, kickboxing, and boxing. This class uses boxing gloves, punch mitts, heavy bags, and body shields. The class will start with an overall body workout incorporating core strengthening drills, plyometrics, and various functional strength exercises. For the remaining portion of class students are typically paired together and will go through a series of muay thai/kickboxing and boxing drills during timed intervals. (Boxing gloves and focus mitts are required)
